Founder and Chair, Board of Directors, Wibena Impact, a non-governmental organization locally registered under Rwandan laws. He also founded Wibena Institute, an executive premier training Institute (WI), an approved exam center for TEF Canada, TCF, LanguageCert ESOL, SELT. He is a dynamic, enthusiastic, resourceful and result oriented person with strong understanding of general rules used in Education, Administration, and coaching practice. An articulate qualified serial entrepreneur, IELTS &TOEFL Trainer, Leadership and Management expert who is able to effectively communicate with students from diverse background or varying degrees of ability.

He is proficient in developing and implementing successful work plans and monitoring and evaluation procedures. He believes in effectiveness and team building to ensure that duties are fulfilled efficiently and effectively beyond what is required and work in an organization that allows for personal development. He has over ten years’ work experience in both the public and private sector, specifically in education, administration, and project management.

Mr. Wycliffe has previously occupied different positions and before his venture into entrepreneurship world, He was ESOL Coach at Institute of Capacity Building (ICB, MKU) and also served as the Principal at Premier Teachers College, where he hosted the First Lady of the Republic of Rwanda for the first Early Childhood Teachers’ graduation as the Chief Guest, He has proven abilities in strategic thinking, leadership, event planning, and problem-solving in serious and fast-paced environments that has seen tremendous growth of Wibena Institute and Impact respectively.

Marie Josée NDAYIZIGIYE

She is  a graduate with a Bachelor Degree in Information Management from Adventist University of Central Africa. She was in youth education for five years, she has over ten years of experience in commercial business, she also has significant experience in the Insurance industry where she was the Bank Insurance and Micro Insurance Manager.

She is passionate about implementing intervention in both family, community and health system, against sexual and gender based violence and child marriage in a bid to promote public health. She is very passionate about talent management and personal development and believes in unlocking the potential of people.

Marie Josee is a champion for women, inclusive social economic transformation and eradication of unfavorable cultural practices. Because of her passion to transform Africa through women, in March 2020 she has been appointed as the TWOW Representative for Rwanda where she represents women’s voice.

Administration Manager

Nadine Is a child of God who loves to serve her God and the community.  She finds great pleasure in making the world a better place; by assisting others and being part of shaping the world for the better. She is currently an administrative manager at Wibena Impact.

She graduated in the United States of America in December 2016 with a bachelor degree of Arts in Biology and Psychology. During her school year, she has always loved engaging herself in Humanitarian activities with organizations such as; Red Cross and Habitat for Humanity. She has been in working since 2013 in different areas but mostly in the healthcare field. She worked with Doctors as a scribe at St Luke’s Hospital in the USA; as an assistant for Substance Abuse Counselor with Youth and Adults in the USA. She also worked at Autism Rwanda, as a teacher for Autistic Children.

Her mission in life is to make an impact on earth by bringing positivity and light to as many people by contributing to the creation of solutions of the challenging issues the World is faced with.

Communications Assistant

Blaise Kwizera Kayitare is a Communications Assistant working alongside the Head Office Communications team at Wibena Impact. Blaise specializes in Business Communications and is responsible for creating offline and online marketing content, designing visual content, supporting the development of WI’s communications strategy as well as managing WI’s social media accounts and website. He believes in working hard and is obsessed with positive customer experience, innovative approaches to solving problems and flexibility at the workplace.
